Abstract

Ultrametamorphic granitoids make up the most common petrographic group of the Ukrainian Shield. Their rational and reproducible dissection remains one of the most important aspects of improving geological mapping. The report considers the possibility of dismemberment of granitoids based on the selection of ultrametamorphic (pluto-metamorphic) formations. The long and continuous flow of ultrametamorphism throughout of the entire early Precambrian and its end in the early Proterozoic is substantiated. The age of formations (complexes) should be defined as the time range from the age of the containing stratometamorphic complexes to the early Proterozoic (AR1-PR1, AR1-PR1).
