Abstract

Geochemical differences in the rocks of the geological complexes of the Volyn megablock of the Ukrainian Crystalline Shield were determined and their evaluation was carried out for the possibility of detecting metal ores. It was established that the amount of siderophiles decreases and the content of chalcophilic and rare earth elements increases in the graphite-biotite gneisses of the Vasiliv region. Metamorphic rocks of the urban world have a positive lithophilic geochemical specialization. Rocks of the Novohrad-Volyn Formation are characterized by significantly lithophilic positive specialization. The rocks of the Sheremetyevo and Zhytomyr complexes are characterized by high concentrations of siderophile elements.
