Abstract

The Middle Dnieper megablock has significant prospects for the discovery of REE deposits. It is shown that within the megablock, the main prospects for the discovery of rare earth deposits are associated with alkaline granitoids and metasomatites of the Tokiv, Mokroskov, and Demurin granite complexes and their weathering crusts. The Kotlyariv ore deposit of RZE discovered by well 114 in the granitoid border of the Verkhivtsivska ZKS was considered. Structurally and tectonically, this is the southwestern part of the Krynychan plagiogranite-migmatite dome. The main ore-generating role in the formation of the REE manifestation belongs to the Tokiv granite complex. REE The main carrier of REE is monazite, which contains the main amount of REE and yttrium - up to 80%. Setting up and carrying out complex full-scale studies of rare earth mineralization in the Middle Dnieper region will have a high theoretical and practical value.
