Abstract

Only α-Fe modification of native iron is ferromagnetic unlike γ-Fe and δ-Fe modifications, with Tc = 769˚  C and is resistant to T= 910˚  С. Pure iron was determined in samples of oceanic basalts (31% of cases), traps - 36%, hyperbasite - 75%. Most particles of metallic iron have the same shape, regardless of their origin, which indicates the uniformity of the primary magmatic conditions of their formation. According to precise mineralogical studies, the surface of the grains often has rims of other iron-bearing minerals. According to existing hypotheses, iron is carried from considerable depths by mantle plumes or is formed in magma under the action of reducing fluids associated with degassing processes, which sources occur in the "D" layer. One of the indicators of the process of deep degassing of the Earth and indicators of the composition of super-deep fluids is the release of prigogenites, which are formed as well along the crushing zones in the rocks of the crystalline basement of various regions of the Ukrainian Shield, etc.
